ETTI lives by the team concept. Each member of our organization is key member of the ETTI solution. Below you will find some of the familiar people you may see in the office or on the field within ETTI.

Scott W. Kelly (President): 16 years experience as a Master Driller throughout New England. Over 3,000 projects completed under his direction and 22 years in the utility field. Certified in: OSHA, New England Gas, Environmental Wells by HDD, CPR/First Aid, 40hr HAZ / WOP and McElroy poly fusion. Founder of the Northeast Trenchless Association, board of directors for AGC of Maine, board of directors for Venture Maine and University of Maine / business.

Bruce M. Hubbard (Vice President): has 42 years of experience in the construction and utilities industry with extensive background in construction related activities, project management and HDD estimating. Bruce was the 2008 president of the Northeast Trenchless Association, Inc.

Michelle Hoffman (CFO / Office Manager): has 26 years of experience in the public accounting, banking, and tax industry. Combining her Bachelor’s degree and financial expertise, Michelle continues to be a valuable member of ETTI’s team.

Kevin Thibeault (Project Manager of Natural Gas Division): contains a vast knowledge of the gas industry, making him our leading Project Manager for our Natural Gas Division. Bringing with him the ‘can-do’ attitude and confidence that sets ETTI employees apart from the rest, we are certain that Kevin has the ability to bring our Natural Gas Division to the next level.

Brian Chase (Superintendent of Operations/ HDD Crew Foreman / Journeyman Driller/ fusing technician): 12 years of industrial experience, fusion certified, mud technician and advanced foreman training. 40 Hour HAZ / WOP. Certified through New England Gas Association for HDPE pipe.

Joe Jones (Crew Foreman / Natural Gas Technician): 10 years in the utility business fusion certified, mud tech and advanced foreman training. Certified through New England Gas Association and HAZ / WOP certified.

Brandon Bard (Master Driller): In the utility field for 14 years. Gas certified, mud technician, locator certified, HDPE certification from McElroy and 40 hour HAZ / MAT certified.

Ryan Dionne (Safety Director): 11 years in the utility business, fusion certified, mud tech, OSHA 30 hour trained. Certified through New England Gas Association for fusing of HDPE pipe, 40 hour HAZ / MAT certified.
